To find the perfect size for your windows, simply click "Customize Now" on the upper right. Once you've placed your order, we'll send you an email within 24 hours to confirm your window information. If we don't receive a reply within 48 hours, we'll proceed with the size you selected without any adjustments.

If you're unsure about the size or color, we recommend ordering a blind to test it out first. Keep in mind that returns can be costly, depending on the weight and distance.

Upon confirming your order, we'll immediately begin customizing your product. You'll receive a tracking number, and we'll provide updates once the carrier starts delivering your item.

For an inside mount, measure the inside width of your window at the top, middle, and bottom, and record the shortest measurement to the nearest 1/8 inch. Do the same for the height, measuring the left, middle, and right sides, and recording the longest measurement to the nearest 1/8 inch. It's important to ensure that the recess depth of your window is greater than 3 inches.

For an outside mount, measure the outside width of your window at the top, middle, and bottom, and record the shortest measurement to the nearest 1/8 inch. Add at least 4 inches to the width to get your window width. Measure the outside height in the same way, recording the longest measurement to the nearest 1/8 inch, and add at least 4 inches to the height to get your window height.
